   Your differences are not obstacles; they are opportunities. If you’re a grounded South partnered with an adventurous East, their spontaneity can inspire you, while your stability provides them with a safe landing. Learn to see these contrasts as gifts that enrich your relationship.

2. Navigate Friction With Grace
   Friction arises when differences are misunderstood. Instead of reacting, pause and ask: “What need or concern might be driving this behavior?” This shift from judgment to curiosity can turn conflicts into moments of connection.

3. Lean Into Growth
